Who are we?
Cheree Wheaton and Bridget Ingle are experienced Health Professionals who practice Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy in Brisbane, Australia in their respective private practices.
They decided to join forces for educational purposes as they both felt passionate about wanting to provide other health professionals and the general public with workshop style programs based on myofunctional therapy programs.
Bridget Ingle (RN, RM, IBCLC) is an AHPRA registered Registered Nurse, Midwife and Lactation Consultant and integrates myofunctional therapy into her paediatric practice. She is immediate past Chair of the Australian Society for Tongue and Lip Tie (ASTLiT) and a member of the Australian Association of Orofacial Myology.
Cheree Wheaton (B AppHSc (Oral Health)) graduated from the Univeristy of Queensland as an Oral Health Therapist and practices dentistry in a busy neuromuscular, sleep and orthopaedic orthodontic practice. Her orofacial myofunctional therapy clinic, Smile Tone, is situated in Fortitude Valley in Brisbane. She is the immediate past President of the Australian Association of Orofacial Myology (AAOM).
